History
CIVI LAND Co. has been providing different key services for its clines since 1975, when first established by a group of engineers as a part of (Dalla contracting Bureau) specialized in catering and food services as well as integrated wide range of life support services, including waste management, house keeping and logistics services ( VIP transport services , Heavy equipment and Man power ).

In 1985 Civi Land Co. has expanded to include the metal structure, as well as welding services, special products fabrication, tanks rehabilitation and roads construction services.

1990
In 1990: Civi Land has expanded into construction business, and bridges ‘rehabilitation and civil work for well’ pads.

1995
1995: Civi Land Co. has provided services to include In Water wells Drilling for Agriculture & Industrial purposes also Cathodic protection, ESP Installation- maintenance and repair services.

In 2003 Civi Land Co. has started doing ME & I [Mechanical works ,Electrical works, instrumentation,& control systems.

In 2004 Civi Land Co. Serve Supply Chain of material and equipment for Oil &Gas Industries.

2007
In 2007 Civi Land Co. Signed agency agreement to represent international petroleum services company and OEM manufacturers for Iraq Market .

In 2015 Civi Land Co. included security equipment supply, instillation and repair.

Civi Land Co. has been established in Iraq with an Iraqi management team which is supported by a locally based senior industry professional in order to be available to readily identify, discuss and develop solutions which meet client requirements and to manage assignments.
As demand builds for Civi Land Co.’s services, we progressively build a local team comprising Iraqis and expatriate professionals. Our ultimate objective is to establish a self-reliant team of professionals based in south part of Iraq capable of meeting the majority of the engineering, economics, services and management requirements, albeit still with the opportunity to access the expertise of the principals in worldwide manufacturers & service providers.
